Batch. Upon submission of a file, Agency is obligated to pay all resultant Fees in accordance with the Agreement. Following a batch submission consistent with the input requirements, above, EVS will deliver a return file of Data via the secure batch website.
Batch. The GBO batch systems will process on the mainframe processors in the overnight environment. Batch abends will be monitored by the Operations staff and calls will be made to GBO Systems within 30 minutes of the failure. On-Line. The online systems will be monitored by the ITS Staff. Daytime failure of the hardware platform or systems software will be communicated to GBO Systems by ITS within 30 minutes at any time of the day. Nighttime failures will be communicated to GBO Systems and ITS Tech Support as they occur. Data Responsibilities. The information contained in system and data backups will be property of GBO and be maintained through the existing Seller ADSM System. The scheduling and administration of these backups will remain the shared responsibility of GBO Systems and Seller Tech Support Teams. ITS will maintain its current schedule for all production applications. Tech Support will restore mainframe data base and other system data from the most recent system backups. It will be the responsibility of the GBO system area to ensure the files are restored to the proper generations and are in synchronization with other department and company files. Tech Support will restore midrange system data from the most current system backups and ensure the files are in synchronization with necessary business needs.
Batch. Agency may request the Data and Service be delivered via batch by creating and delivering a request file of a minimum of one hundred (100) social security numbers to EVS using EVS’s standard format and secure batch website. Upon submission of a file, Agency is obligated to pay all resultant Fees in accordance with the Agreement.
Batch. If a Batch fails to meet Specifications for any cause other than solely Service Provider’s negligence, willful misconduct and/or failure to follow cGMP, then Service Provider shall have no liability to AstraZeneca with respect to such Batch and AstraZeneca shall pay Service Provider for such Batch and any fees associated with any dispute regarding such Batch (including any arbitration fees). The Parties agree that manufacturing deviations and investigations that occur during the Services and do not cause a Batch to be non-compliant with Specifications shall not be deemed to cause a Batch to be non-conforming. Service Provider shall not be liable for any non-conformity arising from AstraZeneca’s written instructions or AstraZeneca Defective Materials, unless Service Provider utilized such AstraZeneca Defective Materials in manufacturing the Product despite the fact the Service Provider knew or should have known as a result of Service Provider’s testing obligations referenced in Clause 1.7 that such AstraZeneca Materials were Defective AstraZeneca Materials.
Batch. “Batch” shall have the same meaning as Lot.

3.1 Batch review and release to Client shall be the responsibility of Patheon who shall act in accordance with Patheon's standard operating procedures.
3.2 For each batch released by Patheon for shipment to the Client, Patheon shall deliver to the Client a certificate of analysis/certificate of compliance, which shall include a statement that the batch has <PAGE> been manufactured in accordance with cGMPs and the Specifications. The Client shall have sole responsibility for release of the Product to the market.
3.3 Patheon shall notify the Client in the event of (i) any major deviation during manufacture which affects the quality or efficacy of the Product or (ii) a confirmed OOS result. ARTICLE 4
Batch. Specific quantity of Product or other material that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced during the same cycle of Manufacturing. Batch is used synonymously with “Lot”.
