Common use of Automatic Extension Clause in Contracts

Automatic Extension. This Agreement shall be automatically extended for successive one-year periods at the end of the initial term and each extended term thereafter, unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least three months prior to the expiration of the initial or such extended term, respectively. In the event the Company terminates this Agreement or fails to renew this Agreement or does not permit the automatic extension to occur at the end of any term hereof, Executive shall be entitled to receive his Deferred Compensation under Section 4(c) hereof.

Automatic Extension. This Agreement shall be automatically extended extend for successive one-additional one (1) year periods at terms from and after the end expiration of the initial term and each extended term thereafter, Initial Term unless either party provides hereto gives written notice of termination to the other party of its intention to terminate this Agreement, which written notice must be received at least three (3) months prior to the expiration of the initial Initial Term or such extended any subsequent term, respectively. In the event the Company terminates this Agreement or fails to renew this Agreement or does not permit the automatic extension to occur at the end of any term hereof, Executive shall be entitled to receive his Deferred Compensation under Section 4(c) hereof.

In the event the Company terminates this Agreement or fails to renew this Agreement or does not permit the automatic extension to occur at the end of any term hereof, Executive BORNE shall be entitled to receive his Deferred Compensation under Section 4(c) 4.9 hereof.

Automatic Extension. This Agreement shall be automatically extended for successive one-three (3) year periods at the end of the initial term and each extended term thereafter, unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least three six (6) months prior to the expiration of the initial or such extended term, respectively. In the event the Company terminates this Agreement or fails to renew this Agreement or does not permit the automatic extension to occur at the end of any term hereof, Executive shall be entitled to receive his Deferred Compensation under Section 4(c) section 4.2 hereof.
