The Authority Premises clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding the use and access to property or facilities controlled by an authority, such as a government agency or regulatory body. Authority Premises. The Authority shall permit the Contractor and the Contractor Personnel during the Term to use, in connection with the provision of the Services, the Authority Premises identified in Part 12 of the Order Form.
Authority Premises. The Authority shall subject to their compliance with Schedule 2.4 (Security Management), provide the Supplier with access to such parts of the Authority's Premises as the Supplier reasonably requires for the purposes only of properly providing the Services and Goods.

Authority Premises. 17.1 The Contractor shall ensure that those areas of the Premises to which the public have access conform to the corporate image of the Authority and are maintained to the reasonable satisfaction of the Contract Manager. 17.2 The Premises shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Agreement. The Contractor shall have the use of the Premises as lessee and shall vacate the same at the end of the Term or earlier , termination or abandonment of the Agreement. 17.3 The Contractor shall not use the Premises for any purpose or activity other than the provision of the Services. 17.4 The Contractor shall pay for the cost of making good any damage caused by the Contractor, his employees, servants, agents, suppliers or sub-contractors to the Premises other than fair wear and tear. For the avoidance of doubt, damage includes damage to the fabric of the buildings, plant, fixed equipment or fittings therein.
Authority Premises. 32.1 The Contractor shall comply with its obligations set out in Schedule 16 (Leases and Licences) in relation to Authority Premises. 32.2 All property of the Contractor or any Sub-Contractor located on the Authority Premises including the Contractor Equipment (which is subject to the additional provisions in Clause 33.2.4 (Contractor Equipment)) shall remain at the sole risk and responsibility of the Contractor or the relevant Sub-Contractor.
Authority Premises. 7.1 The Service Provider shall ensure that, when visiting the Authority Premises, the Service Provider Personnel shall: (a) co-operate as far as may be reasonably necessary with the Authority's employees; (b) act in such a way as to avoid causing unreasonable or unnecessary disruption to the routine and procedures of the Authority; and (c) comply with all the rules and regulations that the Authority notifies to the Service Provider from time to time relating to the use and security of the Authority Premises. 7.2 The Service Provider shall ensure that the Service Provider Personnel shall not: (a) obstruct access to the Authority Premises, or any part of them; or (b) do or permit to be done on the Authority's Premises anything which is illegal or which may be or become a nuisance, damage, inconvenience or disturbance to the Authority or the occupiers of or visitors to the Authority Premises.
Authority Premises. 7.2.1 The Authority Premises as at the Commencement Date are those set out in the table below: Claremont Day Centre Rolls Crescent, Hulme, Manchester M15 4FS Etrop Court Rowlandsway Wythenshawe Manchester M22 5RG Harpurhey Day Centre ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ Harpurhey District Office ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ Kingslea House ▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ M20 4XP 7.2.2 In respect of the Authority Premises, the Authority shall: (a) warrant to the Trust that the use of the Authority Premises by the Trust in connection with the provision of the Services shall not infringe the rights of any third party or breach the terms of any agreement under which the Local Authority has the right to use the Authority Premises; (b) meet reasonable costs, limited to routine maintenance and repairs, for the Authority Premises for the duration of this Agreement PROVIDED THAT it is agreed between the Parties that the reasonable costs to be met by the Authority pursuant to this Clause 7.2.2(b) shall be limited to a total maximum sum of £50,000 (Fifty Thousand Pounds) per annum (the “Maximum Annual Authority Contribution”) for the duration of this Agreement; (c) Subject to the provisions of Clause 7.2.2(b) maintain the Authority Premises ensuring that they are safe and suitable for occupation by the Trust for the provision of the Services intended to be provided or undertaken at or from those Authority Premises. The Trust will, in respect of the Authority Premises, adopt the Authority accommodation Model Office standards where applicable which reflect modern working practices and are updated from time to time. The Authority and the Trust will co-produce plans to rationalise the use of the Authority Premises and the Trust Premises where appropriate whilst also working to improve the quality of services delivered by the Trust. For the avoidance of doubt, the Trust shall carry out all such maintenance at its own cost once the Authority has expended the Maximum Annual Authority Contribution of £50,000 referred to in Clause 7.2.2(b). (d) Subject to the provisions of Clause 7.2.2(b), on reasonable written request from the Trust, carry out any works to the Authority Premises reasonably and properly necessary to ensure the Services can be provided in compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory standards (such works to be carried out in a reasonable manner so as to minimise the interruption of the delivery of the Services as far as reasonably practicab...
