Attendees. A Union staff member shall represent the bargaining unit alone, or with not more than five (5) employees. The Union will state the names and work areas of the employees, if any, who are to attend the meeting. Representatives of the Employer shall meet with the Union representatives. The Manager of Employee Relations will attend such consultations whenever feasible providing that his/her attendance may be specifically requested and complied with by notice of either the Union or the Employer.

Attendees. The primary purpose of the Event and PPAI-sponsored shows is to provide appropriate educational forums and opportunities. PPAI reserves the right to decline any request if it is not in the best interest of the event and other sponsors.
