Assertions of Privilege. If any recipient of a discovery request withholds or redacts any documents on the grounds of privilege, work product, or any other type of protection or immunity from disclosure, that person shall provide the applicable requesting Parties with a privilege log consistent with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 26(b)(5). Efficient means of providing information regarding claims of privilege are encouraged, and the parties shall endeavor to agree upon measures that further this end. For example, the parties may work out a mutually agreeable method for asserting privilege on the same basis with respect to multiple documents by group or category.
