Apps. This Section 18 only applies if Customer is subject to the APPs. Customer is responsible for ensuring any Customer Personal Data is anonymised or pseudonymised if required by Data Protection Laws. Where a Data Protection Law imposes on Questionmark any of the following obligations in relation to Customer Personal Data, Questionmark may notify Customer and Customer must take such actions as are needed to render Questionmark compliant with that obligation: (a) providing access to that information; (b) associating a statement with that information; or (c) ensuring that information is any one or more of the following: (i) accurate; (ii) up to date; (iii) complete;
Apps. 4.4.1 The use is effected by embedding the Font Software in Apps of the Licensee.
4.4.2 The extent of use is determined by the number of Downloads or installa- tions of the App by Third Parties. These must be documented by the Licensee in a comprehensible manner. Fontwerk reserves the right to request written copies of the documentation.
4.4.3 The embedding must be done in a secure way that prevents Third Parties from using the Font Software outside of the App.
4.4.4 Licensee may not embed the Font Software in an App (i) that enables data output (e.g. the creation of pdf, Word, spreadsheet and other documents or of captioned photographs and graphics), or (ii) in which the Font Software constitutes a substantial portion or the primary value of the App, or (iii) that is part of a server in a client-server architecture.
Apps. Licensor shall make the Apps available to End Users (and Licensee) via publicly available downloadable app stores promptly after the Effective Date. Use of the Apps is governed by separate terms and conditions, a copy of which may be found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/terms-of-service/, (“Online Terms of Service”). At Licensor’s discretion, Licensor may update or revise the Apps pursuant to the Online Terms of Service.
Apps. The Font Software may be used in mobile or desktop applications with no limits to the number of users or installations. The Font Software may not be used in applications that generate dynamic artwork, or documents, with the Font Software that can be exported for use outside the context of the app.
Apps. At the beginning of the semester, you will receive a list of Apps that your teachers require for their classes. You are responsible to install these apps onto your computer before the semester begins. If the apps cost money, you are required to purchase the required apps. The school is not obligated to purchase apps for any student. The school will issue you a school email with a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ domain. This email is Gmail based, so you can use Google Drive with this email. Please enter the email address and password that the school has issued to you. You are required to use this email in your communication with teachers and other students during class projects. You may also be required to log into the web-filter utilized by CCCS with your email and password information. Therefore, always remember: It is never acceptable to share your e-mail login information with anyone besides your parent/guardian.
Apps. The Employer shall provide a CME allowance of $2,000.00 per year, pro-rated by FTE for APPs working a 0.4 FTE or greater, prorated for the initial year of hire. Reimbursement is subject to pre-approval by Administration to ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and Employer policy. Funds accrued during one (1) calendar year must be used prior to the completion of the following calendar year.
Apps. The school will purchase and distribute any required Apps for learning programs. There are a number of Apps we do not want on iPads that will be used at school. These include, but are not limited to: Social Media Apps e.g. Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Kik etc. YouTube App – access is blocked for students at school. At home it is parental choice but the YouTube App is less filtered than through Safari. iMessage and FaceTime – neither of these Apps are required for school; these will need to be turned off – see Section 6: Setting Restrictions.

Apps. You have the right to embed the Font Software on an unlimited number of Software Applications (Apps), providing they are owned by the Licensee and that the extraction of the embedded Font Software is not permitted. The Font Software may not be redistributed with the App’s source code nor installed in the operating system on which the App runs.
