Applicable Language. This Agreement is made in the English language only, which language will be controlling in all respects, and all versions hereof in any other language will not be binding on the Parties hereto. All communications and notices to be made or given pursuant to this Agreement and any dispute resolution (including, but not limited to, any court proceeding, legal notices, motions, discovery, etc.) will be in the English language only.
Applicable Language. Please note that where you have been provided with a copy of this Policy other than in the English language, such Policy is provided to you for information purposes only. The English version of this Policy is the version that is binding on Safecap at all times.

Exhibit A - SCC Details Selection of Module SCC Module Two (transfer controller to processor) is selected as the applicable module for the entirety of the SCC.
Applicable Language. The language governing these GCS and the Mortgage Agreement is the Romanian language. Unless otherwise expressly provided in the Financing Documents, all the documents to be submitted and all the correspondence exchanged under these GCS and the Mortgage Agreement shall be written in Romanian or, if in another language, they shall be accompanied by a notarized translation in Romanian, which translation will prevail in the relationships between the Guarantor and the Bank.
