APPENDIX 3. West Hendon Shared Equity • The Existing Owner Occupier who takes up the shared equity product will be able to pass on the shared equity only once through their will to a Family Member (as defined in the PDA). APPENDIX 3. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Appendix 3 therefrom in its entirety and by substituting the attached Appendix 3 in lieu thereof, which sets forth the agreements of the Borrower, the other Credit Parties, the Tranche B Lenders and the Administrative Agent with respect to the conditions precedent to making New Tranche B Loans and such Appendix 3 is hereby incorporated into the Credit Agreement and made a part thereof (and the terms of Appendix 3 shall be treated for all purposes as if they are terms of the Credit Agreement itself).
