Amendment Documentation. Administrative Agent shall have received all of the following, at Administrative Agent’s office, duly executed and delivered and in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, all of the following:
Amendment Documentation. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a counterpart of this Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of Holdings and the Borrower, (ii) Lender Addenda, executed and delivered by the Continuing Term B Lenders executing the same and (iii) a counterpart of this Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of the Fronting Lender and each Revolving Credit Lender.
Amendment Documentation. The Agent shall have received a copy of this Amendment executed by all parties hereto.
Amendment Documentation. Incremental Loan Commitments shall be effected pursuant to such amendments to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as may be necessary or appropriate, in the opinion of the Administrative Agent, to effect the provisions of this Section 12.16, without the consent of any other Lenders; and

GWI shall promptly notify Supplier of its approval, rejection or revisions required in accordance with Schedule 7.1(i). ---------------

The Administrative Agent shall have received: (a) the original Omnibus Assignment and Acceptance from each of the lenders under the existing Agreement, together with each such lender’s existing Note endorsed to the Administrative Agent (b) sixteen (16) originals of this Amendment executed by all parties hereto; (c) an original replacement revolving note and an original replacement alternative currency note in favor of each of the Lenders; (d) sixteen (16) originals of each of the Reaffirmation and the Guarantor Reaffirmation; and (e) originals of an opinion of counsel to the Borrowers.
