Amendment Clause. This Agreement shall be amended only in the form prescribed by the Manager for such purposes from time to time.
Amendment Clause. 1. Any Party desirous of amending this Agreement may put forward its proposal for the amendment, together with its submissions in motivation of the proposed amendment, to the Cooperation Council for consideration and decision. 2. In the event that the other Party considers that the proposed amendment could detrimentally impact on its rights in terms of the Agreement, it may submit a proposal for compensatory adjustments of the Agreement to the Cooperation Council for consideration and decision.
Amendment Clause. 1. The Parties may agree, in writing, to amend this Agreement. A Party may submit proposals for the amendment of this Agreement to the EPA Council for consideration. The other Party may comment on the proposals for amendment within ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the proposal.
Amendment Clause. (1) The parties agree that PTW is entitled to make changes to the conditions of this agreement. However, PTW will only make these changes for valid reasons, in particular due to new technical developments, changes in jurisdiction or other equivalent reasons.
Amendment Clause. The parties to this agreement understand that the agreement will need to changed in accordance with statutory legislation and agreements and any other key guidelines in this respect.
Amendment Clause. The employer may, subject to agreement with the union, supplement, modify or amend this Plan at any time, provided that no such supplementation, modification or amendment of the Plan or any part thereof shall permit any part of the assets of the pension fund to revert to or be recoverable by the employer or to be used or diverted to purposes other than for the exclusive benefit of employees, pensioners or their beneficiaries under the Plan and provided further that no such amendment shall affect the entitlement of any employee accrued prior to the effective date of such amendment. It is further provided that the employer may amend this Plan in any respect, which may be required in order to meet the requirements of the Pension Benefits Act or of the Income Tax Act (Canada) in order to maintain the Plan as a registered pension plan under the provisions of such Acts or of any statute applicable to this Plan.
Amendment Clause. This Agreement may not be changed or altered in any manner except by mutual written agreement. The Parties agree that upon mutual agreement additional provisions may be negotiated and added as Amendments or as a Restated Agreement. Any Amendments of this Agreement shall be in writing, shall contain an effective date, and shall be dated and signed by authorized representatives of the respective Parties. All Amendments shall be ratified in the same manner as provided by state law for original ratification.
Amendment Clause. This Partnership may be modified by the written mutual consent of the Parties, in accordance with their respective rules and regulations. Such amendments shall enter into force one month following notifications of consent by all Parties.
Amendment Clause. Except as otherwise provided for in this section, the provisions of this section may be amended with the consent of Québec and the interested Native party in matters within the jurisdiction of Québec and with the consent of Canada and the interested Native party in matters within the jurisdiction of Canada.
Amendment Clause. 44 45 This Agreement may be reopened for amendment only by the mutual consent of the 46 Board and the Federation.
