Agreement to Consummate Transactions. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and of the merger agreement referred to in Section 1.2, ADLT, Acquisition and DSI agree to consummate or cause to be consummated the transactions contemplated by Sections 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7 of this Agreement (the "Transactions") and agree that the consummation of each of the Transactions is conditional upon the consummation of each of the other Transactions.
Agreement to Consummate Transactions. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BACH-HAUSER, INC. xxx XXXN B PRODUCTIONS OF UTAH, INC. agree to consummate or cause to be consummated, the transactions contemplated by Sections 1.2 through 8.2 of this Agreement ("Transactions"), and agree that the consummation of each of the Transactions is conditional upon the consummation of each of the other Transactions.
Agreement to Consummate Transactions. Subject to the prior or concurrent satisfaction of the conditions to effectiveness contained in Section 7, on the Closing Date each of the parties hereto shall perform its agreements set forth below.
Agreement to Consummate Transactions. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PRA and Xxxxxxx agree to consummate or cause to be consummated, the transactions contemplated by Sections 1.2 through 8.1 of the Agreement ("Transaction"), and agree that the consummation of each of the Transactions is conditional upon the consummation of each of the other Transactions.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, WII and IVL agree to consummate or cause to be consummated, the transactions contemplated by Sections 1.2 through 8.2 of this Agreement ("Transactions"), and agree that the consummation of each of the Transactions is conditional upon the consummation of each of the other Transactions.
Agreement to Consummate Transactions. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement INTRACELL and HVI agree to Consummate or cause to be consummated the transactions contemplated by Sections 1.2 through 8.2 of this Agreement ("transaction"), and agree that the consummation of each of the transactions is conditional upon the consummation of each of the other transactions.
Agreement to Consummate Transactions. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ISI and CTE agree to consummate or cause to be consummated, the transactions contemplated by Sections 1.2 through 8.1 of this Agreement ("Transactions"), and agree that the consummation of each of the Transactions is conditional upon the consummation of each of the other Transactions. 1.2
Agreement to Consummate Transactions. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Level Jump and Caldera agree to use reasonable commercial efforts, subject to any conditions stated herein, to consummate or cause to be consummated, the transactions contemplated by Sections 1.2 through 8.1 of this Agreement ("Transactions"), and agree that the consummation of each of the Transactions is conditional upon the consummation of each of the other Transactions.
Agreement to Consummate Transactions. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and certain Assignments and Merger Agreements of even date herewith relating to portions of the transactions contemplate herein, the respective Corporations agree to consummate or cause to be consummated the transactions contemplated by Sections 1.2 through 1.11 of this Agreement (collectively, the “Transactions” or singularly, the “Transaction”).
