Agreement Fees. In the event payment of Rent or other fees payable under this Agreement is not received in full when due, LESSEE agrees to pay a finance charge at the rate of two percent (2%) per month which is an annual rate of 24% on all unpaid Rent and any other fees payable under this Agreement over ten (10) days due. At any time after the Initial Term, LESSOR may, upon thirty (30) days’ notice, increase the Rent to reflect current market rates. If LESSEE disputes any account balances, invoices, credits, or statements, LESSEE must provide written notice to LESSOR within thirty (30) days of the above-received document that is being DWS Site Reference: Signal Peak Customer Site Reference: disputed. No action will be taken for disputed account balances, invoices, credits, or statements beyond thirty (30) days unless prior written notice has been received.
Agreement Fees. The Vendor, as a fee for the Agreement and concession and license rights, agrees to pay DNREC the following Agreement Fees for the first term of the Agreement: Annual Fee: Vendor shall pay to DNREC INSERT ANNUAL FEE NEGOTIATED FEE STRUCTURE in twelve (12) installments due on or before the 1st of each month. The Vendor agrees to pay the annual percentage of total gross receipts to DNREC on or before December 31 of each year. Gross Receipts Fee: Vendor shall pay to DNREC INSERT GROSS RECEIPT FEE percentage of Gross Receipts. The Gross Receipts Fee shall be paid to DNREC annually on or before May 31st of each year. In the event there are multiple Venue contracts awarded, or if the Vendor manages other business operations, in no instance shall other Venues or business revenues be co-mingled with other operations of the Vendor and any reciprocal rights or cross-utilization programs must have written approval in advance from DNREC.
Agreement Fees. 4.1. On the first day when the use of the Overdraft has been made available to the Borrower on the basis of the Agreement, the Bank shall debit the Borrower’s Account for the Agreement Fee specified in the Agreement.
4.2. Upon extension of the Agreement pursuant to the procedure provided in clause 9 of the Agreement or upon amendment of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Bank shall debit the Borrower’s Account for the Agreement Fee and/or Agreement Amendment Fee stipulated in the Bank's price list (the Bank's price list is available on the Bank's website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇) on the date of extension of the Agreement (on the Repayment Date effective prior to the extension) and/or on the date of amendment of the Agreement.
4.3. If the Bank does not make the use of the Overdraft or a part of the Overdraft available to the Borrower under clause 3 of the Agreement, the Agreement Fee shall not be repaid to the Borrower.
Agreement Fees. 3.1 The Licensee agrees to pay a quarterly royalty fee (hereinafter referred to as the “Fee”) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of net income generated using the technology listed in the Annex 1 during such quarter to the Licensor hereunder by the 30th day following the end of each fiscal quarter, into the account to be designated by the Licensor.
3.2 The shareholders of the Licensee shall provide a pledge of all of their shares of capital stock of the Licensee as collateral for the Fee payable under the Agreement by the Licensee.
3.3 The Parties shall take responsibility for taxation and costs incurred under the Agreement separately as prescribed in related laws.
Agreement Fees. The Supplier when awarded a Call-Off Contract to provide a Scheme will pay a fee to the Agent on the following basis, unless specified differently under the Mini- Competition process used to award the Call-Off Contract.
