Address Verification. This transaction will verify the end user's address. If the address does not match USWC records, the AVR transaction will return "partial match" addresses and/or help as appropriate to assist ACI to properly identify the end user's address for verification. Once the address is verified, the AVR transaction will return the valid address and the current status (working, non-working, or pending out) and the date the status was posted for each line at the address. If USWC does not have a record of the address, ACI will have to contact USWC to input the record before the order can be submitted.

If the Company ships a package to the address that is provided to us either by the Affiliate or the customer, and it is deemed undeliverable by the shipping provider the order will be immediately cancelled and refunded. The Company will not resend the order. The customer will need to resubmit the order and provide a deliverable address in order to receive the products.

Address Verification. Returned Checks. Prior to mailing checks under this settlement, the Settlement Administrator shall attempt to update the last known addresses of Authorized Claimants through the National Change of Address database. No skip-tracing shall be done as to any checks that are returned by the postal service with no forwarding address. Authorized Claimants’ checks returned with a forwarding address shall be re-mailed to the new address within seven (7) calendar days.
Address Verification. Provides Pac-West with the ability to query for and receive the customer service location, serving central office, and facility indicators. The facilities indicator will indicate the availability of facilities for one (1 ) access line at the address, if the cable pair is available or working. If the cable pair is working, an indication of a pending disconnect order and the due date will be provided. This function does not reserve cable pairs.
