Additional Territories. (a) VCP shall not sell or distribute in any territory other than the Exclusive Territory and the Non-Exclusive Territory any Thermal Paper Product manufactured, sold or distributed using any valid Patent, Copyright, Trade Xxxx or Trade Secret of Oji or its Subsidiaries, including the Current Technology and the New Technology, and any Improvements thereto required to be licensed to VCP pursuant to Section 4.02 (an “Oji Technology Thermal Paper Product”), without obtaining prior written consent from Oji (“Additional Territory Written Consent”), which, in Oji’s sole discretion, may be denied. Once Oji grants an Additional Territory Written Consent, such new territory shall become an integral part of the Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Territory list, as the case may be (an “Additional Territory”) and all rights and obligations of this Agreement shall apply to such Additional Territory in the same manner as in the current listed territories. In the event that Oji grants VCP such Additional Territory Written Consent and (i) Oji or its Subsidiaries have established channels of distribution for Thermal Paper Products in the Additional Territory as of the date of such consent, or (ii) Oji or its Subsidiaries establish channels of distribution for Thermal Paper Products after the date of such consent, Oji shall provide VCP access to sell or distribute Oji Technology Thermal Paper Products through such channels of distribution and such channels of distribution shall be the sole channels of distribution through which VCP may sell or distribute Oji Technology Thermal Paper Products in the Additional Territory. VCP shall pay Oji royalties on the Net Sales Price of Oji Technology Thermal Paper Products sold or distributed in the Additional Territories as specified in Sections 3.01(c)(i) through (xiii), unless otherwise stated in the Additional Territory Written Consent, in which case the royalties payable with respect to Oji Technology Thermal Paper Products shall be on the terms set forth in the Additional Territory Written Consent.

Additional Territories. 11.1. If Bottler acquires the right to distribute under direct authorization from Company any of the Covered Beverages or Related Products in any territory in the United States of America outside of the Territory, then, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Company and Bottler, such additional territory will automatically be deemed to be included within the First-Line Territory covered under this Agreement for all purposes, and Exhibit C-1 will be automatically amended to add such additional territory to the First-Line Territory identified in Exhibit C-1.
Additional Territories. Rights Holder may expand the Territory at any time by adding additional territories (each, an "Additional Territory"). If Rights Holder wants to grant Babelcube distribution rights in an Additional Territory, Rights Holder may notify Babelcube by emailing Babelcube at support [at] babelcube [dot] com or using such other means as Babelcube may provide for provision of notice of Additional Territories. By notifying Babelcube that Rights Holder wishes to include Additional Territories, Rights Holder makes all representations and warranties in Section 3 of this Agreement with respect to the Additional Territories. The “Territory” will be deemed to include each Additional Territory as of the date of Right Holder’s notice to Babelcube and Babelcube’s distribution rights under this Agreement will automatically extend to include the Additional Territory.
Additional Territories. For six (6) months following the Commencement Date, the Principal grants to the Distributor and its Associates an Exclusive right to enter into good faith negotiations with the Principal during which the parties shall endeavor to form an agreement for the Exclusive supply of the Product in the Field in India and Japan.

Additional Territories. Oncogenerix may make a written request to Rosemont to extend the Activities relating to the Licensed Product into Additional Territories. Rosemont will consider in good faith such a request but shall not be obliged to agree to the inclusion of any Additional Territories. Additional Territories. Where Licensee produces and sells its own products or where it desires to establish a market presence, Licensee is granted right of entry into new markets not already serviced by RDT. Licensee is granted ninety (90) days from initial legalization of the sale of Licensee' products to develop market penetration with a target to achieve 25% dispensary penetration based upon published listings. Additional Territories. Existing Crowing Touch Franchisees may add additional protected territories adjacent to their existing Designated Territory by paying a one thousand dollar ($1,000) license modification fee, plus a fee correlating to the formula in Section 5.1.A above related to the added population demographics. The Company reserves the right to deny such additional territory if, in its sole discretion, either party may be put at an economic disadvantage.
