Additional Licensed Programs. For all additional software, data tables, and programs which CTS and Customer agree in writing to add to a System as Licensed Programs (other than the Licensed Programs described in Subsection 1.1, above, and Section 3, below), Customer shall pay such Fees to CTS as CTS and Customer mutually agree to in writing.
Additional Licensed Programs. The license contemplated by this Section 1 shall also apply to all FIS developed program modifications or enhancements installed for Client’s benefit pursuant to this Agreement. FIS will furnish Client, upon request, a current list of all Software developed and made generally available by FIS. FIS will give Client 180 days’ notice prior to eliminating updates for a particular system version of any FIS developed program.
Additional Licensed Programs. If after the execution of this Agreement, ------------------------------ under the License Agreement Licensee increases the Authorized Users of Licensed Program(s) or acquires additional Licensed Program(s) Licensee shall pay an additional Support and Maintenance Fee proportional to the increase in license fees under the License Agreement pro-rated in order to reflect how much of the annual term is then remaining in the current annual term. Licensee shall pay this additional fee to Distributor within thirty (30) days after the date of the Distributor invoice therefor. A finance charge of one percent (1%) per month will be charged on amounts not paid within thirty (30) days of the due date.
Additional Licensed Programs. For each Additional Licensed Program, Curis shall pay royalties on Annual Curis Net Sales of Products from the applicable Licensed Program in each calendar year at the following rates: Increments of Annual Curis Net Sales Royalty Rate That portion of Annual Curis Net Sales that is less than US$[**] [**]% That portion of Annual Curis Net Sales that is greater or equal to US$[**] and less than US$[**] [**]% That portion of Annual Curis Net Sales that is greater than or equal to US$[**] 10%
Additional Licensed Programs. Within [**] days of the first achievement of each of the milestone events set forth in the table below by the first Product from each Additional Licensed Program to achieve such milestone event, Curis shall provide Aurigene with written notice of such achievement and shall pay to Aurigene the corresponding one-time, non-refundable, non-creditable milestone payment set forth below (subject to Section 6.6(d) hereof):
Additional Licensed Programs. In the event that the Licensee elects to include within the terms of this Agreement any additional CA software programs that are subsequently acquired or developed by CA and in General Availability Status, the applicable provisions, including pricing, to be included in the amendment hereto shall *** Information omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment, and the material has been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The license contemplated by this Section 5 shall also apply to all Fidelity-developed program modifications or enhancements installed for Client's benefit pursuant to this Agreement. Fidelity will furnish Client, upon request, a current list of all Software developed and made generally available by Fidelity. Fidelity will give Client 180 days' notice prior to eliminating updates for a particular system version of any Fidelity-developed program.
Additional Licensed Programs. [COMMENT24]. The license contemplated by this Section 5 shall also apply to all ALLTEL Financial-developed program modifications, enhancements, new systems or major subsystems installed for Client's benefit pursuant to this Agreement as of the Expiration Date or Termination Date. ALLTEL Financial will furnish Client, upon request, a current list of all Software systems and subsystems developed and made available by ALLTEL Financial. ALLTEL Financial will give Client ninety (90) days' notice prior to eliminating updates for a particular system version of any ALLTEL Financial-developed program.
Additional Licensed Programs. The license contemplated by this Section 5 shall also apply to all SI-developed program modifications, enhancements, new systems or major subsystems installed for Client's benefit pursuant to this Agreement. SI will furnish Client, upon request, a current list of all Software systems and subsystems developed and made available by SI. SI will give Client ninety (90) days' notice prior to eliminating updates for a particular system version of any SI-developed program.
