Additional Insured Provision. The Commercial General Liability Insurance and Commercial Automobile Insurance policies and other policies the City deems necessary shall include the City as an additional insured with respect to this Agreement.
Additional Insured Provision. The Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy shall include the City its officers, directors, and employees as additional insureds with respect to this Agreement. Coverage will be endorsed to provide a per project aggregate.
Additional Insured Provision. All policies aforementioned, other than Workers’ Compensation and Professional Liability, shall include the City its officers, employees, agents and representatives as additional insureds with respect to this contract. Coverage will be endorsed to provide a “per project” aggregate.
Additional Insured Provision. The City of West Linn, Oregon, its officers, directors, and employees shall be added as additional insureds with respect to this contract. All Liability Insurance policies will be endorsed to show this additional coverage.
Additional Insured Provision. The contractor shall add the "Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System, its officers, employees, and agents" as an additional insured under the commercial general liability policy. In addition to these coverages the contract must contain all of the clauses listed under the Special Terms and Conditions for the UW System.
Additional Insured Provision. The Contractor shall add Central Connecticut State University, State of Connecticut, Board of Regents and their officers; agents and employees shall be named as additional Insured under the Commercial General Liability, Liquor Liability, Automobile and Umbrella Liability policies for purposes of this contract.
Additional Insured Provision. The Commercial General Liability Insurance and Commercial Automobile Insurance policies shall include the City, its officers, directors, employees and authorized volunteers as additional insureds with respect to this contract.
Additional Insured Provision. The Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy and Automobile Policy shall name OLWS, its officers, directors, and employees as additional insureds with respect to any liabilities that occur in connection with this Agreement.
Additional Insured Provision. The DISTRICT, its elected or appointed officials, employees, agents and volunteers shall be named as additional insured under the general liability policy, by endorsement to the Certificate. A separate endorsement attached to the Certificate of Insurance evidencing the additional insured coverage is required.
Additional Insured Provision. The Certificates of Insurance for Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability shall list the District, its officers, directors, and employees as additional insureds with respect to this contract.
