The Activity Passes clause defines the terms under which individuals are granted access to participate in specific activities or events, typically through the issuance of passes or tickets. Activity Passes. All certified employees will be provided with an all-activity pass permitting that person to attend MSD of Martinsville school sponsored activities, at no charge. However, when the event has reserved seating, it is the certified staff member’s responsibility to secure a ticket for the event from the appropriate staff person. All tournaments and special events are exempt from the activity pass.
