Activation Charges. AboveNet will xxxx Customer for all Service Activation Charges and first and last month Service Fees (the "Activation Charges") upon AboveNet's acceptance of this Agreement and the Order Form. AboveNet will not commence installation, initiation and Service unless and until it either has received payment in full of all Activation Charges or has agreed, at its sole option, to extend credit to Customer.
Activation Charges. HIVELOCITY will bill Customer for all Non-Recurring Charges and first month of Monthly Recurring Charges (the Activation Charges) (as specified on the Customer Order Form) upon HIVELOCITY’s acceptance of this Agreement and the Customer Order Form. HIVELOCITY will not commence installation, initiation and Service unless and until it has received payment in full of all charges due.

Activation Charges. Activation Charges are due and payable upon execution of the Service Order by Switch. Switch will not have any obligation to perform under any Service Order unless and until Switch receives full payment of all Activation Charges.

Speakeasy will bill Customer for applicable Service Activation Charges and applicable Service Fees (collectively the "Activation Charges") upon Speakeasy's acceptance of the Service Order. Speakeasy will not commence installation, and initiation of Service until it has received payment in full of all Activation Charges indicated as payable before installation in the Service Order.

Colocation Center will xxxx Customer for all Installation Charges and first month's recurring Service Fee (as specified on the Order Form) on Touch Support's acceptance of this Agreement and the Order Form. Touch Support will not commence installation, initiation and Service unless and until it has received payment in full of all Activation Charges.
Activation Charges. The reactivation of Services within ninety (90) days after the date on which the relevant Services were cancelled may be subject to activation/reactivation charges.
Activation Charges. Activation charges are charges collected under the terms of this contract, for activation of DTH services and include, whether charged separately or otherwise, wholly or partly, charges for installation, PVR service fee, HD service fee, HD PVR service fee and unless charged separately, freight and any service charges, upgrade services but do not include subscription charges.
Activation Charges. All first time subscribers, subscriptions to additional Services by existing subscribers, and the reactivation of previously cancelled Services more than one (1) day after the date on which the relevant Services were cancelled, may be subject to activation/reactivation charges.
