Account Administrator. The individual who creates a Portal Account and accepts these Terms on your behalf represents and warrants that such individual has authority to bind your entity to these Terms, and by agreeing to these Terms, such individual does so on your entity’s behalf. Such individual, hereinafter the “Administrator.” The Administrator has the authority to make all Program related decisions on your behalf and has full access and control over your Portal Account and your Rewards Card (as defined below). You represent and warrant that the Administrator has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and is authorized by you to create and manage your Portal Account, manage your Rewards Card and make all Program related decisions on your behalf. You may change the Administrator or update your Portal Account information by calling 000-000-0000, Option 2 or emailing xxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. GAF reserves the right to require additional information before making such changes. In no case is GAF responsible for the unauthorized use or misuse of your Portal Account or your Rewards Card.

Account Administrator. You agree that the individual identified on your account during the ordering process (“Account Administrator”) is and will continue to be at all times fully authorized by you to act on your behalf. Staples will be entitled to rely on all communications, instructions and notices received from Account Administrator as valid and binding upon you. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that Account Administrator may do any of the following on your behalf: (i) provide instructions and receive notices and/or communications in respect of the Services; (ii) communicate and/or approve all additions, deletions and modifications to the Services; (iii) read, retrieve, delete, transmit and otherwise access the information, materials and records that you may transmit to us through the Services (“Your Data”) as stored using the Services; and (iv) provide updated or modified Registration Information. You (if you are an individual), your Account Administrator or any of your officers who have authority to execute binding contracts for you (if you are a legal entity) may designate another individual as your Account Administrator by giving us 15 days‟ prior written notice. You acknowledge that we can continue to rely on the authority of the current Account Administrator during such 15-day period. You understand and acknowledge that access to Your Data and restrictions on such access will be under your control. You acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring the storage capacity you use through the Services and it is your responsibility to advise us in advance and in writing or through a new order of any increases in capacity that you may require.
Account Administrator. We will provide access to the Site to an Account Administrator designated by You. The Account Administrator acts as Your authorized representative with respect to all transactions initiated through the Site. Account Administrator. The Business Member agrees that it is responsible for appointing an Account Administrator and that the Business Member will be fully liable for and be bound by all of the acts and omissions of the Account Administrator. Until Servus has received a written notification from the Business Member appointing a new Account Administrator, the Account Administrator shall be the person who was last appointed by the Business Member according to the records held by Servus.
Account Administrator. This is usually the person who initially enters into the agreement on behalf of the business. This person has access to the account, the Revolut Dashboard and our Open API (explained below). They can also make payments using your Revolut Cards (explained below). They can appoint other authorised users or authorised cardholders. They can also place limits on authorised cardholders and authorised users. The account administrator cannot appoint other account administrators.
Account Administrator. Subscriber agrees to designate an appropriate account administrator to ensure compliance with this Agreement by all employees granted access by Subscriber. The account administrator will: (i) restrict access to the Services to only those employees who have a need as part of their official duties; (ii) monitor employees’ use of the Services; (iii) maintain and enforce policies governing appropriate use of the Services; (iv) record the identities of all current employees with access to the Services and all former employees who have previously accessed the Services; (v) ensure that each employee uses only his/her assigned username and password to access the Services; and (vi) immediately terminate employee access when the employee is no longer employed by the Subscriber, no longer has a need to access the Services to perform the employee’s official duties, or when the employee is suspected of improper access to or use of the Services. If Subscriber suspects or becomes aware of unauthorized access to the Services, Subscriber will immediately notify ID at xxxxxxxx@xx-xxxx.xxx.
