Academic Status. I agree that in order to occupy a space in the Residence, I must be registered as a full-time student at the University of Toronto, or enrolled in an equivalent academic program that has been approved by the ▇▇▇▇ of Students at the College (the “▇▇▇▇”). Should I cease to be so registered, I agree to give immediate notice to the ▇▇▇▇. In such an event, if deemed necessary by the ▇▇▇▇, I will permanently vacate the Residence within the time period specified in writing by the ▇▇▇▇.
Academic Status. The Occupant:
(a) Agrees to notify the Facility in writing, within two (2) working days, of:
(i) the completion, termination or suspension of the Occupant’s course of study; or
(ii) of any change in the Occupant’s enrolment status at the Australian National University; or
(iii) their academic load being reduced below 18 units in any one Semester (Semester 1 units will be deemed to include units undertaken in Semester 1 and the Summer and Autumn Sessions, and Semester 2 will be deemed to include units undertaken in Semester 2 and in the Winter and Spring Sessions); or
(iv) any late Withdrawal as described at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇- administration/program-management/late-withdrawal, or
(v) the submission of the Occupant’s thesis for examination;
(b) Acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated by the University with reasonable notice if:
(i) the Occupant’s course of study at the Australian National University is terminated, suspended or completed, or;
(ii) a change to enrolment status, Late Withdrawal or any other cause, results in academic load being reduced below 18 units in any one Semester (as set out in clause 8(a)(iii) above) except where the change is approved by the University’s Registrar (or delegate). The Occupant must provide the Registrar (or delegate) with any additional information they require regarding the reduction in academic load. The Registrar (or delegate) may take into consideration degrees where a full-time load is not a requirement or other special course requirements.
(c) Consents to give the Accommodation Services Office and other authorised Staff Members of the University, access to the Occupant's university enrolment details and academic results for the purpose of determining the Occupant's eligibility for this Agreement.
Academic Status. The exchange students may apply to any academic program offered at the host institution, but the host institution reserves the right to exclude students from restricted enrollment programs. All students will remain enrolled as regular degree candidates at the home institution and will not be enrolled as candidates for degrees at the host institution. Credits toward the students’ degrees are to be awarded by the home institution. Students are expected to maintain the equivalent of a full-time course load at the host institution.
Academic Status. All students will remain enrolled as regular degree candidates at the home institution and may not earn degrees from the host institution while studying under this agreement. Students are expected to maintain full-time status as determined by the host institution. The host institution will advise the home institution as soon as practicably possible if an exchange student withdraws from, or fails to complete, studies at the host institution.

Academic Status. I agree that in order to occupy a space in the Summer Residence, I must be registered as a student at the University of Toronto, or previously have been registered within the past 6 months. Students from other recognized universities will be considered eligible to live in the Summer Residence subject to approval by the ▇▇▇▇ of Students at the College (“the ▇▇▇▇”).
Academic Status. 6.1 In order to be and remain a resident of the House, the Resident must be either:
(a) accepted for study at and remain an enrolled full-time student of the University and the Resident’s primary occupation must be and remain that of student; or
(b) accepted to work at (including as a visiting scholar or visiting academic) and remain a staff member of the University and the Resident’s primary occupation must be and remain that of a staff member of the University. In this instance a letter from the relevant Faculty is required as proof of employment or affiliation with this University.
6.2 If there is any change in academic or occupational status of the Resident, the Resident shall immediately notify the Director.
6.3 If the Resident is found to have withdrawn or ceases to be enrolled, this will result in termination of this Agreement by the University, the Room Deposit will be forfeited and all Residential Fees for the remainder of the Residential Period must be paid in full prior to departure. This clause 6.3 applies only to Residents who are students of the University.
Academic Status. All students will remain enrolled as regular degree candidates at the home institution and will not be enrolled as candidates for degrees at the host institution. The home institution will award credits toward the student’s degree. Students are expected to maintain the equivalent of a full-time course load (6 credit hours for graduate students and 12 credit hours for undergraduate students) at the host institution. Students enrolled in the host institution will be subject to the same rules and regulations as local students.
Academic Status. University of New Hampshire Housing Department reserves the right to cancel housing for any student academically excluded or suspended from the University that does not successfully petition to be reinstated by August 1 of the upcoming fall semester or by the Thursday preceding the start of spring semester classes. A full refund of housing fees will be issued.
Academic Status. All students will remain enrolled as regular degree candidates at the home institution. Credits toward the student’s degree are to be recognized by the home institution. Double award programs shall be negotiated by the institutions. Within the framework of special double award programs, exchange students might be enrolled as degree candidates at the host institution. Every exchange student shall report to the International Office of the host institution upon his (her) arrival and registered as an exchange student at the host institution. Students enrolled in the host institution will be subject to the same rules and regulations as local students. The host institution will provide the home institution with a final transcript describing the student’s academic achievements. Under mutual consent and joint tutoring of the responsible faculty members at the host and the home institution, the preparation of the final thesis, PhD thesis or project will be possible at the host institution.
