CM/GC’s compensation for each CCO Cost Category or GMP Cost Category shall be limited to the respective amount stated in the applicable Component Change Order or GMP Change Order.
1Compensation. Compensation to Seller shall consist of (a) a Monthly Capacity Payment calculated in accordance with Section 9.2, and (b) a Monthly Energy Payment calculated in accordance with Section 9.3. The Monthly Capacity Payment and Monthly Energy Payment will be paid each month, in arrears in accordance with Article 10, for each month of the Delivery Period.
