01 (a). An Employee who is employed in Unit 1 shall earn fourteen (14) hours vacation leave for a month of work.

01 (a). Employees enrolled in the Leave-for-Illness or Injury Plan shall accumulate Leave-for-Illness or Injury allowance at the rate of twelve (12) hours for each full month of uninterrupted service. An employee who is ill or injured for their scheduled twelve (12) hour shift shall be deducted at the rate of eleven and a half (11½) hours from their accumulated Leave-for-Illness or Injury.
