Signing of Agreement. On receipt of intimation from NABARD regarding the acceptance of his/their tender, the successful bidder shall execute an agreement at its own cost on non-judicial stamp paper of value Rs 300/- with NABARD in accordance with the standard format at Annexure II within 07 days from date of issue of work order, failing which bidder’s EMD may be forfeited. The original agreement shall be submitted to the Bank. A copy shall be handed over to the contractor.
