Examples of Syndication Agents in a sentence
Each of RBC and US Bank are hereby appointed Syndication Agents hereunder, and each Lender hereby authorizes RBC and US Bank to act as Syndication Agents in accordance with the terms hereof and the other Loan Documents.
The provisions of this Article 9 are solely for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers, the Bookrunners, the Syndication Agents, the Documentation Agents and the Lenders, and neither the Borrower nor any other Credit Party shall have rights as a third-party beneficiary of any of such provisions (other than Sections 9.06 and 9.10).
The Syndication Agents, Documentation Agents and any other Agent may resign from such role at any time, with immediate effect, by giving prior written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers, Bookrunners, Syndication Agents or Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or a Lender hereunder.
