Examples of Joint Lead Arrangers in a sentence
Each of the Joint Lead Arrangers, each in its capacity as such, shall not have any obligations, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement but shall be entitled to all benefits of this Section 12.
Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Book Runners, Joint Lead Arrangers, Syndication Agent, Documentation Agents (if any) or other agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or a Lender hereunder.
No information, exhibit or report furnished by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to the Administrative Agent, the Joint Lead Arrangers or to any Lender in connection with the negotiation of, or compliance with, the Loan Documents contained any material misstatement of fact or omitted to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading.
The Joint Lead Arrangers shall have received (a) the Historical Financial Statements and (b) an unaudited pro forma consolidated balance sheet of, at the election of Holdings, Mirion Technologies (HoldingRep), Ltd.
