Arrangers definition

Arrangers as defined in the preamble hereto.

Arrangers means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC and Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, in their capacities as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers for the credit facility established hereby.

Arrangers mean each of Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, in each case in its capacity as a joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner.

Examples of Arrangers in a sentence

• For the avoidance of doubt, the only projections or pro forma or other financial statements that shall be required to be provided to the Lead Arrangers in connection with the syndication of the Term A Facility shall be those required to be delivered pursuant to the Certain Funds Provisions.
