Co-Documentation Agent definition

Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of PNC Bank, National Association and U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means, so long as it is a Lender, each of Union Bank, N.A., and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, each in its capacity as a Co-Documentation Agent.

Co-Documentation Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of RBS Citizens, N.A. and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of Citizens Bank, N.A., Fifth Third Bank, National Association and KeyBank, National Association, each in its capacity as documentation agent for the Lenders hereunder.
