Licensed Compound definition

Licensed Compound means (a) 3,4-Diaminopyridine, the chemical structure of which is set forth on Exhibit B-2; and (b) any derivatives, isomers, metabolites, prodrugs, acid forms, base forms, salt forms, or modified versions of such compound in (a).

Licensed Compound has the meaning set forth in Section 1.89.

For clarity, Licensed Compound shall include BMS I-O Crossover Compounds, Third Party I-O Crossover Compounds and Post-Termination Compounds. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Licensed Compound shall not include any BMS Excluded Compound.
Licensed Compound means the IgG1 form of the fully human antibody called “*” listed as * clones * and * that binds to human PD-L1 and is described in published PCT application * where the antibody is called “*”, which is covered by the Patent Rights.
