Licensed Compounds definition

Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:
Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).
Licensed Compounds means the antiretroviral compounds known as lopinavir and ritonavir, individually or in combination, manufactured or sold for the sole purpose of use in Licensed Product solely for Exploitation in the Field in the Territory.

Examples of Licensed Compounds in a sentence

  • Subject to the oversight of the Joint Development Committee, Celgene shall be solely responsible for managing all Celgene Development Activities relating to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products.

  • Save as otherwise provided under this Agreement, Licensee shall not Exploit Licensed Compounds except in the course of activities supporting the Exploitation of Licensed Product where such Exploitation of Licensed Compounds would infringe an AbbVie Patent granted and in force.

More Definitions of Licensed Compounds

Licensed Compounds means (a) the Lead Compound, (b) any Licensed Prothena Compounds, (c) any Licensed Roche Compounds, and (d) any Research Collaboration Compounds. [*]
Licensed Compounds means (i) JCN068, (ii) any Back-up Compounds, and (iii) all prodrugs, metabolites, stereoisomers, diastereomers, enantiomers, tautomers, solvates, hydrate forms, homologs, salt forms, labeled forms (e.g., deuterated, 13C enriched, etc.), esters, crystalline forms (e.g., polymorphs), semi-crystalline forms, and amorphous forms, of any of the foregoing compounds.
Licensed Compounds means (a) the compound known as CEP-9722, as further described on Schedule 3, which compound is an oral low nM PARP inhibitor, and (b) the compound known as CEP-8983, as further described on Schedule 3.
Licensed Compounds means all of the foregoing.
Licensed Compounds means the proprietary BMS compounds known as BMS-906024 and BMS-986115 and further described on Appendix 3, and any salt, free acid/base, solvate, hydrate, stereoisomer and polymorphic form thereof, and any prodrug, conjugate or complex thereof. Certain information marked as [***] has been excluded from this exhibit because it is both (i) not material and (ii) would be competitively harmful if publicly disclosed.
Licensed Compounds means: any and all of the modified cyclic dinucleotides (“CDNs”) described, exemplified or claimed in the Licensed Patents, including any radioisomers, stereoisomer, racemates, tautomers, solvates, salt forms, bases, acid forms, anhydrides, hydrates, polymorphs, metabolites, and crystalline forms of such CDNs.
