Product definition

Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

Product means the product being manufactured, even if it is intended for later use in another manufacturing operation;

Product means information resources technology that is, or is related to EIR.

• We are not responsible for delay in service or use of the Covered Product while the Covered Product is being repaired, replaced, evaluated, or diagnosed unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.

• Renewal prices will reflect the age of the Covered Product, Our current service costs, and Our product repair experience.

• Many oversights, which are not covered under this Agreement, can be due to simple circumstances such as the Covered Product not being switched on, being unplugged, or a fuse blown at the junction box.

Product means, depending on the subject matter of this Agreement, either or both of:

Product means any tangible property after it has left the custody or control of the Insured, which has been designed, specified, formulated, manufactured, constructed, installed, sold, supplied, distributed, treated, serviced, altered or repaired by or on behalf of the Insured but shall not mean food and beverages supplied by or on behalf of the Insured primarily to the Insured’s employees as a staff benefit.
