Section 7.2. 25 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be 26 changed without prior notice to the employee of two (2) calendar weeks, except in emergencies.
Section 7.2. 19 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek. Employees shall not have 20 their shift changed without prior notice to the employee of two (2) calendar weeks, unless the change is 21 mutually agreed between the supervisor and the employee.
Section 7.2. 39 Upon completion of the first year of service with the District, each full-time employee shall be granted 40 ten (10) days paid vacation per year. Each School Year employee shall receive seven and one-half (7 41 ½) days of paid vacation per year. 42

Employees’ regular shift will 36 not normally be changed without seventy-two (72) hour prior notice. Job assignments within 37 classifications shall not be changed without prior notice to the employee of forty-eight (48) hours, 38 except when the change is temporary or emergency in nature. Notice, as it applies to this section, can 39 be waived by mutual agreement between the affected employee(s) and the District.
Section 7.2. 34 Each employee shall be assigned to a regular work station and shift with designated times of beginning 35 and ending. Assignment shall not be changed without prior notice to the employee of five (5) days, and 36 shall not be changed without a minimum of ten (10) hours of rest between working shifts, excepting Bus
Section 7.2. 10 A regular work shift will consist of eight and one-half (81/2) hours including a mutually agreed upon 11 uninterrupted thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch period as near the middle of the shift as is practicable, and 12 also including a fifteen (15) minute first half and fifteen (15) minute second half rest period, both of 13 which rest periods shall occur as near the middle of each half shift as is practicable. Twelve (12) month 14 employees, with approval of the Superintendent or designee, may be allowed to arrange their shifts to 15 reflect non-regular shifts during the summer break.
Section 7.2. 2 Each employee shall be provided breaks and lunch periods as follows: 4 • 4 hours - one 15-minute rest period 5 • 5 hours - one 15-minute rest period, and one 30-minute uninterrupted lunch 6 • 6 hours - one 15-minute rest period, and one 30-minute uninterrupted lunch 7 • 7 hours - one 15-minute rest period, and one 30-minute uninterrupted lunch 8 • 7.5 - 8 hours - two 15-minute rest periods – one in the am and one in the pm, and one 30- 9 minute uninterrupted lunch. 11 The program supervisor/administrator will not schedule lunch or breaks at the beginning or ending of a 12 work shift. 14 Shifts of five (5) hours or more will have a scheduled thirty (30) minute unpaid, uninterrupted lunch 15 period as near the middle of the shift as is possible. The immediate supervisor will determine the time 16 for the lunch period.
Section 7.2. 35 The District shall establish workdays with designated times of beginning and ending. Each workday 36 shall include adequate time to perform assigned duties, plus paid rest periods of approximately fifteen
