Construction Completion Certificate definition

Construction Completion Certificate means a document:
Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate issued by the Municipality, as contemplated in Section 10, certifying the completion of the Local Improvements, or a portion thereof, once the Local Improvements have been constructed and installed by the Developer to the satisfaction of the Municipality in accordance with this Agreement.
Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.

  • Upon receipt of such a report from the concerned Planning Authority/ Maha-Metro and after conducting its own inspection, if the concerned Planning Authority/ Maha-Metro is of the opinion that the Project is not fit and safe for commercial service, it shall, within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the aforesaid report, notify the Concessionaire of the defects and deficiencies in the Project and withhold the issuance of the Construction Completion Certificate.

Construction Completion Certificate means the certificate issued under ARTICLE 14.
Construction Completion Certificate means a written certification signed by an Authorized Borrower Representative certifying among other things to the substantial completion of the Project and delivered to the City, the Trustee and CDLAC not more than 30 months after the Closing Date, in substantially the form of Exhibit F hereto or such other form required or otherwise provided by CDLAC from time to time.

Such certificate may be issued with deficiencies, if such deficiencies are considered by the Engineer to be of a minor nature and do not impede the utilization of the Work. Some deficiencies may require the input of the municipality to determine whether or not they are minor and if the Work can be accepted without their immediate correction.
Construction Completion Certificate means a written document in the form set out in Schedule "I" of this Bylaw by which the Owner's Consulting Engineer confirms that the Developer has installed and completed the Works and Services in accordance with the requirements of this Bylaw;
Construction Completion Certificate means the certificate issued by the Engineer pursuant to GC 37.6.
