Project Completion definition

Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;
Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
Project Completion means, as determined by the Division, that the Project is complete to the reasonable satisfaction of the Division.

Examples of Project Completion in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions of Clause 8.2, the Site shall be made available by the Authority to the Contractor pursuant hereto free from all Encumbrances and occupations and without the Contractor being required to make any payment to the Authority because of any costs, compensation, expenses and charges for the acquisition and use of such Site for the duration of the Project Completion Schedule.

  • No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Foot track in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer.

  • In the event the Contractor fails to complete the Works in accordance with the Project Completion Schedule, including any Time Extension granted under this Agreement, the Contractor shall Endeavour to complete the balance work expeditiously and shall pay Damages to the Authority in accordance with the provisions of Clause 10.3 (ii) for delay of each day until the Works are completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Project Completion

Project Completion means the final completion of all Services described in Section I.C of this Agreement.
Project Completion means satisfaction of all requirements of a grant agreement as determined after review or inspection by OPRD.
