Examples of The Engineer in a sentence
The Engineer agrees to assume all liabilities or obligations by any one or more of such laws with respect to employees of the Engineer, if any, in the performance of this Agreement.
The Engineer agrees that the District or any of its duly authorized representatives shall have access to and the right to examine any books, documents, papers, and records of the Engineer involving transactions related to the Agreement for a period of four (4) years or longer as required by law.
The Engineer shall not have any authority to assume or create any obligation, express or implied, on behalf of the District and the Engineer shall have no authority to represent as agent, employee, or in any other capacity the District, unless set forth differently herein or authorized by vote of the Board.
The Engineer and the District agree that this Agreement shall be controlled and governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
The Engineer agrees that payment made under the Agreement shall be subject to reduction for amounts charged thereto that are found on the basis of audit examination not to constitute allowable costs.
