Plans and Specifications definition

Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;
Plans and Specifications means the plans and specifications developed for the Project.
Plans and Specifications means the plans, blueprints and specifications manual for the construction of the Improvements which are approved by the local city/county building department with jurisdiction over the construction of the Improvements and which Plans and Specifications are referred to in the Construction Contract. More Definitions of Plans and Specifications

Plans and Specifications means the plans and specifications prepared by the Project Architect who shall be licensed in the jurisdiction of the Leased Premises and selected by Lessee.
