Shift Premiums. (a) Evening/Night Premium Employees working an evening or night shift where the major portion of hours worked fall within the hours of 1500 and 0800 hours, shall be paid at their regular hourly rate plus a shift premium of $2.10 ($2.75 effective July 1, 2015) per hour for all hours worked.
Shift Premiums. (a) All employees who are required by the Employer to rotate over two (2) or more shifts shall receive a shift premium of thirty cents ($0.30) for each hour worked on the afternoon or evening shifts only. Shift premium will not be paid for any hour in which an employee receives overtime premium and shift premium will not form part of the employee's straight time hourly rate.
Shift Premiums. (a) A shift premium of $2.25 per hour shall be paid to a shift employee, who works in a work unit which provides twenty-four (24) hours continuous service, for all hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. provided the majority of the employee's shift falls within this time period.
Shift Premiums. The shift premium for the second (2nd) Shift will be one dollar ($1.00) per hour.
Shift Premiums. The employer shall pay a shift premium over and above the otherwise applicable straight time hourly wage rate to any employee who is employed on a night shift. Such shift premium shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule: Day Shift: No Shift Premium Night Shift: Any shift which commences after 5:30 pm. Overtime on the night shift shall be payable as per the shift cycles in 9.04.
Shift Premiums. Employees regularly assigned to the afternoon shift or the midnight shift will continue to be paid the applicable shift premium as is in place at the time such employee becomes subject to the terms of this Agreement, provided that the shift premium is greater than or equal to .30 cents for afternoon shift and .60 cents for midnight shift.
Shift Premiums. For the purposes of calculation of shift premiums, the day shift is defined as 08:00 to 16:30 and the basis of payment is as follows; Shift workers shall be paid a shift premium equal to $1.45 per hour for all hours of a specific shift that fall outside the day shift.
Shift Premiums. A standard shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid to those classifications listed below and shall be payable for all regular hours worked more than one (1) hour on either side of the recognized normal or standard daily hours, provided that where the majority of an employee's regular hours fall outside the period described above, the shift premium shall apply to the entire shift.
Shift Premiums. Employees working the night shift shall be paid a shift differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for the entire shift worked. In this section “night shift” means any shift in which the major portion occurs between 11:00 p.m. (2300 hours) and 7:00 a.m. (0700 hours).
Shift Premiums. An employee working on shifts will receive a shift premium of one dollar twenty five cents ($1.25) effective 1st January 2010, per hour for all hours worked including overtime hours, between 4:00pm and 8:00am. The shift premium will not be paid for hours worked between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
