Plain Clothes Allowance. Bargaining unit members assigned to positions designated as “Plain Clothes” will receive a yearly clothing allowance of $500.00.

Plain Clothes Allowance. ‌ Each employee covered by this Agreement who is required to provide and wear ordinary clothing to perform his/her duties, shall be reimbursed by the Board for expenses incurred in the purchase of such clothing. Such reimbursement shall be paid quarterly in an amount not to exceed one thousand and twenty-five dollars ($1,025) per annum. Should an employee be required to perform his/her duties and provide and wear ordinary clothing in excess of thirty (30) days in any one calendar year, the employee shall be reimbursed by the Board on a pro rata basis for the period spent.
Plain Clothes Allowance. Each sworn officer covered by this agreement who is required to provide and wear ordinary clothing to perform their duties shall be reimbursed by the Employer for expenses incurred in the purchase of such clothing. In recognition of the requirement by the Employer to provide the plain clothes allowance in the previous agreements, unless otherwise mutually agreed or changed during subsequent negotiations, all sworn officers covered by this Agreement on March 28, 1996, shall be considered to be required to provide and wear ordinary clothing to perform their duties and are therefore entitled to the plain clothes allowance. For sworn officers who enter the bargaining unit after March 28, 1996, the clothing allowance would only be provided when designated by the Employer.
Plain Clothes Allowance. 32.1 The Employer agrees to pay a plain clothes allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month to Customs employees of the Enforcement Unit who because of the nature of their assignment are not provided with departmental uniform.

Plain Clothes Allowance. The Employer agrees to provide an allowance of Three Hundred and No/100 ($300.00) Dollars per year for any officer who is required, in the regular course of his/her duty on a permanent nature, to wear plain clothes. (This applies to Chief Deputy/Corrections only).
Plain Clothes Allowance. A clothing allowance up to Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) per fiscal year shall be reimbursed to any Police Officer assigned to plain clothes duty on a regular basis (Refer to Section 16.2). Newly assigned plain clothes Officers may exceed this amount within the first six (6) months, up to an additional Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00). Upon submission of receipts to the Chief of Police, the officer will be reimbursed. These amounts will be pro-rated, $50.00 every 30 days of service, for employees temporarily assigned to plain clothes duty. An employee that is temporarily assigned to the Detective Bureau will receive a reimbursement for clothing of $50.00 for every thirty (30) days of service in the Bureau to a maximum of $600.00 per calendar year. Refer to Section 47.2.
Plain Clothes Allowance. Each member who is required to perform his duties in plain clothes shall be entitled to the sum of Nine Hundred and Eighty-Five Dollars ($985.00) annually to adequately clothe himself. Should a member be required to perform his duties in plain clothes, he shall be paid a clothing allowance on a pro rata basis for the period so spent in plain clothes. All members who are required to work in plain clothes for any period during a calendar year shall be paid a minimum clothing allowance of One Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($120.00). Clothing Allowance is payable each year on or before the 1st of June of each year.
