Bargaining Unit Members definition

Bargaining Unit Members as used hereafter means all persons who are employed by the College as adjunct teaching faculty members and who are also eligible for membership in this bargaining unit as defined in this contract.
Bargaining Unit Members shall refer to all unit members 13 assigned to a site at the time of the election.
Bargaining Unit Members as used in this Agreement shall refer to each adjunct faculty employee who is eligible for membership in this Bargaining Unit as defined in Article 1, Recognition.

Examples of Bargaining Unit Members in a sentence

  • Eligible Bargaining Unit Members shall be subject to paid military leave in accordance with the current Resolution as approved by the Board of Supervisors until such time that the Board of Supervisors terminates said Resolution.

  • For Airlift Northwest Bargaining Unit Members – an employee who is classified staff and is regularly scheduled one hundred and twenty (120) hours or more but less than two hundred and forty (240) hours in a six (6) week period.

  • Married Bargaining Unit Members may pool their retiree insurance reimbursements for upgraded health coverage, if applicable.

More Definitions of Bargaining Unit Members

Bargaining Unit Members teaching in the Continuing Education program who, prior to Sept. 1, 1998, received salary, benefits, seniority, sick leave credit and gratuity, and all other applicable provisions of the predecessor collective agreements, shall retain these as conditions of employment.

Bargaining Unit Members or “Members”), for the purpose of collective bargaining under Article 1, Section 29 of the Missouri Constitution. No provision of this Agreement shall be applicable to probationary employees, in their initial probationary period, unless specifically designated as such. Once a Member has completed their initial probationary period, the Member will be afforded any and all benefits of this Agreement. The City and the Department shall not contract with or make any agreement with any individual or group of the Bargaining Unit Members in matters of pay, hours of work, or other terms and conditions of employment unless such has been agreed to in writing in advance by the Lodge.
