Common use of City Manager Clause in Contracts

City Manager. Grievances submitted at Step 2 and grievances unresolved at Step 1 may be presented by the grievant or his or her Association representative to the City Manager or his or her designee. Unresolved grievances must be submitted within ten (10) business days after the response is due at Step 1. The City Manager will respond in writing to the grievant or his or her Association representative within ten (10) business days of receipt.

City Manager. Grievances submitted unresolved at Step 2 and grievances unresolved at Step 1 may be presented submitted by the grievant or his or her Association Union representative to the City Manager or his or her designeeManager. Unresolved Step 3 grievances must be submitted within ten seven (107) business days after the response is due provided at Step 12. The City Manager will respond in writing to the grievant or his or her Association and Union representative within ten fifteen (1015) business days of receipt. The parties shall attempt to resolve the grievance during the seven (7) day period following receipt of the City Manager’s response.
