Employee Representative. The employee may choose someone to represent him or her at any step in the procedure. No person hearing a grievance need recognize more than one representative for any employee at any one time, unless he or she so desires.

At any step in the grievance procedure, the employee concerned will be represented by the Association or, alternatively, may elect self-representation or representation by legal counsel. In either case, the employee concerned shall be personally present at all stages unless that employee specifically waives the right in writing.

Recognition: In accordance with the PELRA, as amended, the School Board recognizes Education Minnesota - Osseo as the exclusive representative of Kidstop Instructors employed by the School Board. The exclusive representative will have those rights and duties as prescribed by the PELRA and as described in this Agreement.
