Common use of City Manager Clause in Contracts

City Manager. “City Manager” means the City Manager of City or his or her designee.

City Manager. “‘City Manager” ’ means the City Manager of or the Person designated by the City or his or her designeeManager to administer this Agreement.

City Manager. “City Manager” means shall mean the duly appointed and validly existing City Manager of the CITY. In the absence of the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager or his or her designeeperson acting in the capacity of City Manager shall have the same authority as that of the City Manager.
