Seniority Lists definition

Seniority Lists. The City shall maintain a roster of employees, arranged according to seniority, showing name, position class and seniority date, and shall furnish a copy to the Union in August of each year and as soon as practical after the ratifying and signing of this Agreement.
Seniority Lists means two (2) lists specifying the order of seniority of each person covered by this Agreement as to their System Seniority and Departmental Seniority. Said lists shall be prepared by the Committee and the Association by October 1 of each school year. The Association shall promulgate the seniority lists to each such employee within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of said lists from the Committee.
Seniority Lists. A list of the hire dates of the Bargaining Unit Member in their current and past classifications. (Shall be adjusted by any break in service). SENIORITY BY HIRE DATE: The date in which the Bargaining Unit Member was first employed within his/her respective classification.

Seniority Lists. The Township will maintain two seniority lists: (1) entitled “Township Hire Dates/Years of Service List” showing the date on which each bargaining unit member became a full-time employee with the Township along with the employee’s position/rank; and (2) entitled “Departmental Full Time Seniority List” showing the order of seniority within the department with the person at the top of the list having the most departmental seniority and the person at the bottom of the list having the least departmental seniority.   • Seniority means length of service with the Employer.

  • Classification Seniority is defined as the length of service in a specific job classification within the bargaining unit, beginning with the date an employee starts to serve a probationary appointment. Classification Seniority shall be interrupted only by separation because of resignation, discharge for just cause, failure to return upon expiration of a leave of absence, failure to respond to a recall from layoff, or retirement.

  • Joint Controllers means where two or more Controllers jointly determine the purposes and means of processing.

  • Sex trafficking means the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act.
