Senior Note Guaranty definition

Senior Note Guaranty means any guaranty executed and delivered pursuant to the Senior Note Indenture.
Senior Note Guaranty means each Guaranty Agreement delivered by the Guarantors to the Trustee for the benefit of the holders of the Senior Notes.
Senior Note Guaranty means the Guaranty by the Borrower of the Series A and Series B 12% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2006 pursuant to the Indenture dated June 28, 1996.

More Definitions of Senior Note Guaranty

Senior Note Guaranty means the Guaranty, dated October 23, 1996, made by the Borrowers in favor of the Chase Manhattan Bank, as Trustee, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any Guaranty of the Senior Notes by any Credit Party as permitted by the terms of this Agreement.
Senior Note Guaranty means the Guaranty, as defined in the Note Purchase Agreements.
Senior Note Guaranty means the collective reference to the Year 2006 Senior Note Guaranty and the Year 2010 Senior Note Guaranty.
Senior Note Guaranty means the Subsidiary Guaranty, dated as of December 17, 2003, executed and delivered by the Guarantors of Payment to the Senior Note Holders in connection with the Senior Note Purchase Agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.
