Guarantee of the Notes means the guarantee of the Notes given by the Guarantor in the Deed of Guarantee;
Guarantee of the Notes means the guarantee of the Notes issued by INSPIRE or Intesa Luxembourg, as the case may be, that has been given by the Guarantor in the Deed of Guarantee entered into in relation to that issue of Notes;
Guarantee of the Notes means either the guarantee of the Notes given by Deere in the Deere Deed of Guarantee or the guarantee of the Notes given by Deere Capital in the JDCC Deed of Guarantee;

The guarantee (the "Guarantee of the Notes") constitutes direct, general and unconditional obligations of the Guarantor which will at all times rank at least pari passu with all other present and future unsecured obligations of the Guarantor, save for such obligations as may be preferred by provisions of law that are both mandatory and of general application (and subject to Condition 4 (Negative Pledge)).
More Definitions of Guarantee of the Notes
Guarantee of the Notes means, in respect of Notes issued by Generali Finance, the guarantee of the Notes (if stated as applicable in the relevant Final Terms) given by the Guarantor in the Deed of Guarantee entered into in relation to that issue of Notes and “Guarantee of the Senior Notes”, “Guarantee of the Senior Dated Subordinated Notes of Generali Finance” and “Guarantee of the Dated Deeply Subordinated Notes of Generali Finance” shall be construed accordingly;
Guarantee of the Notes means the guarantee of the Notes given by the Guarantor in the Trust Deed; “Holding Company” means a “holding company” of another company if it:
Guarantee of the Notes means the guarantee of all sums payable by the Issuer from time to time in respect of the Notes given by the Guarantor in the Deed of Guarantee;
Guarantee of the Notes means the guarantee of the Notes issued by Banif Finance given by the Guarantor in the Trust Deed;
Guarantee of the Notes each means the guarantee of the Notes given by the Guarantor in the Trust Deed;
Guarantee of the Notes means the guarantee of the Notes given by the Guarantor in the Trust Deed; “Holder” means a Registered Holder or, as the context requires, the holder of a Bearer Note;
Guarantee of the Notes means the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee of the Notes issued by Finmeccanica Finance that has been given by the Guarantor in the Deed of Guarantee entered into in relation to that issue of Notes;
