Subsidiary Guaranty definition

Subsidiary Guaranty means, collectively, the Subsidiary Guaranty made by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-2, together with each other Guaranty and Guaranty supplement delivered pursuant to Section 6.12.
Subsidiary Guaranty means a Guarantee by a Subsidiary Guarantor of the Company's obligations with respect to the Securities.
Subsidiary Guaranty is defined in Section 9.7(a).

Examples of Subsidiary Guaranty in a sentence

  • The obligations of the Company under this Section 15 will survive the payment or transfer of any Note, the enforcement, amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement, any Subsidiary Guaranty or the Notes, and the termination of this Agreement.

Subsidiary Guaranty means the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement executed by each Subsidiary Guarantor in favor of Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, in form and substance acceptable to Administrative Agent.
Subsidiary Guaranty means that certain Guaranty dated as of the Effective Date in the form of Exhibit F (including any and all supplements thereto) and executed by each Subsidiary Guarantor, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Subsidiary Guaranty means the Subsidiary Guaranty executed and delivered by existing Subsidiaries of Company on the Closing Date and to be executed and delivered by additional Subsidiaries of Company from time to time thereafter in accordance with Section 6.12, substantially in the form of Exhibit G annexed hereto.
