Senior Note Indentures definition

Senior Note Indentures means, collectively, the Senior Note (2020) Indenture, the Senior Note (2021) Indenture, the Senior Note (2022) Indenture and the Senior Note (2023) Indenture.

Senior Note Indentures means, collectively, the indentures for each of the series of Senior Notes.

Senior Note Indentures means the Indentures dated as of February 18, 2003, among the U.S. Borrower, the Subsidiaries party thereto and the trustee named therein from time to time, as in effect on the Closing Date and as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Agreement.

Examples of Senior Note Indentures in a sentence

• The Borrower shall not, and shall not suffer or permit, any amendment or modification of the Senior Note Indentures, the Senior Notes or the Rainy River Stream Agreement which would be materially adverse to the Borrower.

• Receipt by the Administrative Agent of satisfactory evidence that upon giving effect to the initial Borrowing of the Term Loan, funds shall have been deposited with the trustee(s) under the Existing Senior Note Indentures in an aggregate amount necessary to consummate the Existing Senior Note Redemption within five (5) Business Days following such Borrowing.

• Receipt by the Administrative Agent of satisfactory evidence that the Borrower has delivered (or, substantially concurrently with the closing of this Agreement, will deliver) notices to redeem the Existing Senior Notes pursuant to the terms of the Existing Senior Note Indentures on or before December 31, 2010.

• In the event that the Company creates or acquires any new Subsidiaries subsequent to the date of this Senior Note Indenture, if required by Section 4.16 hereof, the Company shall cause such Subsidiaries to execute supplemental Senior Note Indentures to this Senior Note Indenture and Senior Subsidiary Guarantees in accordance with Section 4.16 hereof and this Article 10, to the extent applicable.

• The Borrower has advised that the amount of Debt of the VL Group that can be subject to Charges (subject to permitted liens) is limited by the provisions of the Senior Note Indentures.

More Definitions of Senior Note Indentures

Senior Note Indentures means, collectively, the Republic Indentures, the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxx Indenture and any additional Indentures pursuant to which the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time issue any senior notes in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Senior Note Indentures means all of the foregoing, collectively.

Senior Note Indentures means the 2022 Senior Note Indenture, the 2022 Senior Secured Note Indenture, and the 2022 Senior Unsecured Note Purchase Agreement.
