Subordinated Indenture definition

Subordinated Indenture means the Subordinated Note Indenture, dated as of ________ __, 19__, between the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture.
Subordinated Indenture means this instrument as originally executed, or as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended, as provided herein, and shall include the form and terms of particular series of Subordinated Securities established in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2.03 and 2.04.
Subordinated Indenture means the Subordinated Note Indenture, dated as of June 1, 1997, among the Depositor, the Guarantor and the Indenture Trustee, as heretofore supplemented and as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture.

  • In the case of any redemption of Securities of any series prior to the expiration of any restriction on such redemption provided in the terms of such Securities or elsewhere in this Subordinated Indenture, the Issuer shall furnish the Subordinated Trustee for Securities of such series with an Officers’ Certificate evidencing compliance with such restriction.
