Allocated Assets. , in relation to a scheme, means assets which have been specifically allocated for the provision of benefits to or in respect of members (whether generally or individually) or for the payment of the scheme’s expenses (and “unallocated” shall be construed accordingly);
Allocated Assets means the Assets to be transferred at the Closing to either NYC ("NYC Allocated Assets") or PRR ("PRR Allocated Assets").
Allocated Assets means, for each Company LTC policy or group of policies, the portion of the Allocable Assets nominally allocated to that policy or group of policies in accordance with the terms of and solely for the purposes described in the Amended Plan.

More Definitions of Allocated Assets

Allocated Assets means the nominal assets from time to time committed by the Fund in writing to the Program of the Trading Advisor, the “Initial Allocated Assets” shall mean the amount set forth on the first page of this Agreement, and includes Notional Funding, and “Notional Funding” shall mean capital committed by the Fund but not necessarily funded with cash. Allocated Assets may be increased or decreased at any time in the sole discretion of the Fund and shall include profits or losses unless otherwise designated in writing to the Trading Advisor by the Fund. The Trading Advisor shall give the Fund prompt written notice of any proposed material change in the Trading Advisor’s trading systems, methods, models, strategies or formulae or the manner in which trading decisions are to be made or implemented for the Account or Program and shall not make any such proposed material change without having given at least twenty (20) business daysprior written notice of such change. The addition and/or deletion of a particular Securities or Derivatives or Commodities Interests or Foreign Exchange market or contract to or from the Fund’s Account ordinarily shall not be deemed a change in the Trading Advisor’s trading systems, methods, models, strategies or formulae for the Account or Program and prior written notice shall not be required, provided that such addition or deletion is consistent with the Trading Policies and the Disclosure Document (as hereinafter defined).
Allocated Assets means (i) all rights, title and interest in the assets and properties owned, held or used by IRG in the conduct of the IRG Business (other than the IDE Membership Interests), (ii) all rights, title and interest in the assets and properties owned, held or used by IDE in the conduct of the IDE Business and (iii) the DE Marks, but excluding, in each case, the Seller IT Assets. "AOL Time Warner Commissions" -commissions received or to be received by the Companies or any assignee thereof with respect to the AOL Time Warner Sales Contracts, net of any commissions paid or payable to any real estate broker(s), salesperson(s) and/or sales associate(s) with respect to such AOL Time Warner Sales Contracts, as identified on Schedule 2.13(a). "AOL Time Warner Sales Contracts"--those agreements executed on or before December 31, 2002 for the sale and purchase of residential real estate at the AOL Time Warner Building, located at Columbus Circle, New York, New York, each of which are identified on Schedule 2.13(a).
Allocated Assets has the meaning set forth in paragraph 14A of the Lease.
Allocated Assets means the nominal assets committed by Series J in writing to the Account with respect to the trading program of the Trading Advisor described in the Program Disclosure (as defined in Section 2(c)). The initial Allocated Assets shall be set forth in the trading authorization described in Section 2(d). Allocated Assets may be increased at any time by the Managing Owner with the consent of the Trading Advisor and may be decreased at any time (including to zero) in the sole discretion of the Managing Owner or Series J. The Managing Owner shall notify the Trading Advisor in writing of the Allocated Assets for a particular month. In the event the Trading Advisor requests to use a trading program, system, method or strategy other than or in addition to the trading programs, systems, methods or strategies comprising the trading approach of the Program in connection with trading for Series J (including, without limitation, the deletion or addition of an agreed upon trading program, system, method or strategy to the then agreed upon trading approach utilized by the Program), either in whole or in part, the Trading Advisor may not do so unless both Series J and the Trading Advisor consent thereto in writing. The Trading Advisor shall provide Series J prior written notice of any proposed material change in its Program, and agrees not to make any material change in the Program (as applied to Series J) over the objection of Series J, it being understood that the Trading Advisor shall be free to institute non-material changes in its Program (as applied to Series J) without prior written notification. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, refinements to the Program, and the deletion (but not the addition) of Financial Instruments (other than the addition of Financial Instruments then being traded (i) on organized domestic exchanges, (ii) on foreign exchanges recognized by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) as providing customer protections comparable to those provided on domestic exchanges, or (iii) in the interbank foreign currency market) to or from the Program, and variations in the leverage principles and policies utilized by the Trading Advisor, shall not be deemed a material change in the Program, and prior approval of Series J shall not be required therefore.

The Subadviser is authorized as the agent of the Corporation to give instructions with respect to the Allocated Assets to the custodian of the Fund as to deliveries of securities and other investments and payments of cash for the account of the Fund. Subject to applicable "provisions of the 1940 Act, the investment program to be" provided hereunder may entail the investment of all or substantially all of the assets of a Fund in one or more investment companies. The Subadviser will place orders pursuant to its investment determinations for the Fund either directly "with the issuer or with any broker or dealer, foreign currency" "dealer, futures commission merchant or others selected by it.
