To Members. Any notice to be given hereunder at any time to any Member or any document reports or returns required by this Agreement to be delivered to any Member, may be delivered personally or mailed to such Member, postage prepaid, addressed to the Member at such times as the Member shall by notice to the Company have designated as the Member's address for the mailing of all notices hereunder or, in the absence of such notice, to the address set forth in the Information Exhibit (Exhibit A) hereof. Any notice, or any document, report or return so delivered or mailed shall be deemed to have been given or delivered to such Member at the time it is mailed, as the case may be.
To Members. Any notice required to be given to a Member under the provisions of this Agreement or by the Act shall be given either personally or by sending a copy thereof:
To Members. 13.3 The University shall provide to the Association the following information within one month of the information becoming available to the body or agent that normally receives the information, unless a different time is specified below. This requirement may be satisfied by publication of the following information on a University website to which the Association has access:

To Members. All notices, reports and other communications to be given or otherwise made to a Member shall be deemed to be sufficient if made through, and in the manner provided on, the Portal, or otherwise by electronic mail to the email address of such Member last listed on the records of the Company, the Manager or one of the Manager’s Affiliates (or that is updated by such Member through the Portal). Notices to any Member contemplated by this Agreement may also be sent by any Accend Capital Illinois LLCrn commercially reasonable means, including hand delivery, first class mail, facsimile, and email or private courier.
To Members. Except for those costs and expenses incurred pursuant to Section 5.11 below, no reimbursement to a Member in excess of $5,000.00 shall be paid, owing, due, payable, or reflected on the books and records of the Company unless and until the approval of such reimbursement has been documented in the Executive Committee minutes or is otherwise provided in an Approved Budget or in the Operation and Maintenance Agreement.
To Members. ANY NOTICE TO BE GIVEN HEREUNDER AT ANY TIME TO ANY MEMBER OR ANY DOCUMENT REPORTS OR RETURNS REQUIRED BY THIS AGREEMENT TO BE DELIVERED TO ANY MEMBER, MAY BE DELIVERED PERSONALLY OR MAILED TO SUCH MEMBER, POSTAGE PREPAID, ADDRESSED TO THE MEMBER AT SUCH TIMES AS THE MEMBER SHALL BY NOTICE TO THE COMPANY HAVE DESIGNATED AS THE MEMBER'S ADDRESS FOR THE MAILING OF ALL NOTICES HEREUNDER OR, IN THE ABSENCE OF SUCH NOTICE, TO THE ADDRESS SET FORTH IN ARTICLE
To Members. In the case of any Member, to the mailing address or electronic mail address set forth on Schedule A, or to such address as any party may specify in writing to the Company or to other parties.
To Members. All Members must at all times keep confidential all documents and any information provided to them for their consideration on a confidential basis prior to a meeting of the Board except that this clause does not prevent a Board Member from disclosing documents and information to the elected members or employees of a Council on a confidential basis, where necessary.
