Any notice to be given hereunder at any time to any Member or any document reports or returns required by this Agreement to be delivered to any Member, may be delivered personally or mailed to such Member, certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the Member at such times as the Member shall by notice to the Company have designated as the Member's address for the mailing of all notices hereunder
